The ground floor and mezzanine provide retail-shopping areas, while the upper 34 floors provide office space and parking is offered at the basement level.

Together these glasses provide good daylight transmittance, reduced UV transmittance, solar control, and energy efficiency, which helps to save building owners on energy costs.
