Menolly Nowe Powiśle is a prestigious investment located in the vibrant and fashionable Powiśle. The complex is located on the premises of the former Powiśle Power Plant, near the Vistula Boulevards and the Copernicus Science Center.

The project was designed by the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio, in cooperation with the architect Konrad Hałasa. When designing the complex, the architects tried to use the unique advantages of the plot, which is a link between the city and the park areas on the Vistula River.

The complex consists of two independent residential buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor and underground infrastructure. The first one stretches along the Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie street and consists of five segments: three higher and two lower ones constituting connectors.

The second building is a variant of a long outbuilding. The buildings are separated by an internal, tree-lined communication zone with a playground, which is a scenic link between the neighbouring University Library and the former power plant converted into a shopping gallery.

The complex was finished using high-quality materials, such as granite, marble, sandstone, exotic wood and glass. On the top floor, there are penthouses with spacious terraces that provide beautiful views of the Vistula River and the garden of the University Library.

The modern façade of the building with plenty of glass fits perfectly into the surrounding architecture. For the glazing of the ground floor, Pilkington Insulight™ Protect insulated glass was used, made of 6 mm thick toughened Pilkington Optifloat™ Clear T glass (outer pane) and 8.8 mm thick laminated Pilkington Optilam™ Therm S3 glass with a low-emission coating (inner pane). This combination guarantees a high level of safety, security and thermal comfort.
