The KaiFive residential building is located at Kaisergasse 5 in Linz. This high-rise building has two underground parking levels and nine upper floors. On the ground floor, there is a bakery/café, while the upper floors consist of 32 condominiums.
For this construction project, Pilkington Austria GmbH provided 176 digitally printed laminated safety glass panes, known as Pilkington Optilam™ DesignPrint, for the balcony glazing. Of these panes, 16 were curved.
