e.tv, a South African television broadcaster, HQ is located in Roeland Park. The 11 story building contains e.tv’s studios, offices and parking. The project designed by Peerutin Architects had to meet the criteria for a 4-star rated building as defined by the Green Building Council of South Africa. Materials and technologies had to conform to these standards. The building utilized double glazed panels with Pilkington Eclipse Advantage™ Grey throughout the structure installed by World of Windows.
