The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) first opened in 1960. Since then, it has become the largest apprenticeship training center and the most nationally accredited engineering and applied science programs in Canada.
NAIT chose to use Pilkington Optifloat™ Blue-Green. Pilkington Optifloat™ Blue-Green offers NAIT high daylight transmittance to help reduce the need for artificial lighting. Pilkington Optifloat™ Blue-Green also helps to reduce solar heat gain and UV light transmittance when compared to uncoated clear glass products.
