Ronald McDonald

The Project

The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) program is a worldwide plan to help provide families with a warm and supportive environment. One of the Ronald McDonald homes is located in Long Island, New York and has been renovated using Pilkington Optiwhite™.

In Ronald McDonald’s journey to improve the overall feel of the environment, Pilkington glass has been donated to help the cause, compliments of the glass fabricator EFI. With Pilkington Optiwhite™, the Ronald McDonald House has been able to take their kitchen to a new level. Pilkington Optiwhite™ is an extra-clear, low iron float glass that helps to increase the design elements in the kitchen. It is perfect for applications where transparency and purity of color is desired. Pilkington Optiwhite™ covers the cupboard doors while clearly exposing the blue cupboard behind for a sleek and innovative design.
