Office building, Pergolese, Paris, France

The Project
Located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, between Porte Maillot and the Arc de Triomphe, a new office building, designed by the LBBA Architecture agency, rises on four floors.

The building is made up of two lateral bodies, composed of large glazed opening windows with Pilkington Suncool™ 70/35 solar control double glazing and framed in satin anodized aluminium.

The two parts are connected by a bridge building with large façades on the street side and on the garden side. The latter are composed of solar control glass Pilkington Suncool™ 70/35 OW on an extra-clear glass substrate, for greater transparency, and mirror-polished stainless-steel panels.

The result is a very light exterior appearance and an interior bathed in light.

The structure has many green outdoor spaces and photovoltaic panels on the roof. It meets the most demanding environmental criteria and is aiming for dual certification HQE Durable Building Excellent level and Breeam New Construction Excellent level.
