Completed in 2012, the Woronicza QBIK complex is one of Warsaw's most unique residential developments. By adapting the loft concept for a modern audience, QBIK has revitalised the Warsaw property market. This 11-storey development is located on the corner of Woronicza and Racjonalizacji Streets in Mokotów, one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing districts. It is close to all the amenities the city has to offer, including restaurants, clubs, shopping centres, schools, tram and bus stops, and a metro station.
The complex comprises 354 one- and two-storey apartments ranging in size from 32 to 206 m², as well as shops, restaurants, and a fitness club. The design of the development redefines the concept of space in many ways. First and foremost, the two-storey apartments have windows that are almost six metres high, offering panoramic views of Warsaw from the upper floors. Furthermore, the complex includes an internal patio, which is visible through the glass façade. This project is aimed at individuals seeking an inspiring and creative living environment. The patio's tasteful design, featuring lush greenery and street furniture, enhances the atmosphere of the project.
The link between the buildings of the Woronicza QBIK residential complex was glazed using the Pilkington Profilit™ channel glass system with single glazing in a vertical arrangement. Approximately 210 m² of 7 mm thick, 262 mm wide Pilkington Profilit™ Wired K25/60/7 glass was used.
