RichPort is a premium business centre situated in the historic heart of Kyiv, the Padół district. Its elegant façade, featuring panoramic windows, blends harmoniously into the surrounding classical architectural ensemble whilst offering magnificent views of the River Dnieper.
The design incorporates a range of modern technological solutions to ensure a comfortable environment for occupants. These include a mullion-and-transom façade system, which is ideal for large-format glazing and ensures excellent thermal performance; automatic window opening, which is controlled via a smart home system; and a system of multifunctional, thermally insulated doors, which are valued for their reliability under intensive use and can withstand over a million opening and closing cycles.
The façade features windows with concealed fittings and Pilkington Insulight™ Sun Triple double-glazed units utilising Pilkington Suncool™ 70/35 T toughened high-performance solar control glass. This ensures effective solar control while maintaining a high level of interior lighting and excellent thermal insulation. This product is highly effective in both summer and winter, as it helps reduce the energy required to cool and heat the building, all with a single type of glass. Furthermore, the solar control glass is neutral and low-reflective, offering high aesthetic appeal.
To reduce running costs and improve comfort, argon gas and TGI® Spacer warm edge spacer bars have been used in the air gaps to minimise heat loss at the edges of the insulating glass units and improve the thermal insulation of the entire window.
