The Project

The Fairscape Precinct is a mixed-use multi-story diagonal-grid building built with the latest technology available. the iconic office tower comprise offices and apartments. It is the first building in Africa with diagrid facades, which give the tower a unique character. It was made with 450 diagrid concrete structures and glazed with 6 mm Pilkington Solar-E™ Blue-Green installed by World of Windows.
